Safe Rider Child Passenger Safety Program

Knapp Medical Center is a distribution partner for the Safe Riders Child Passenger Safety Program. In accordance with the program, low-income English or Spanish speaking families who attend a free one-hour educational class at Knapp will receive one free car seat and unlimited educational assistance. Car seats can only be provided after the child is born.

Region is the McAllen-Edinburg-Mission, TX Census Bureau Statistical Area as defined by the federal government’s Office of Management and Budget
